After School Club

We are currently have spaces everyday. We are open everyday the school is open to children.

School Pick-up
Reception, year 1 and year 2 children are collected from their classes by members of our team, then they all walk together to the after school club room. Junior children make their own way to after school club. Children hang up their coats and bags on a peg just outside the after school club room.
The Entrance
The entrance to the After School Club is just to the right of the main school entrance. Go to the end of the staff car park and through the green fenced off area. There will be a doorbell for you to ring to be let in by a member of the team. There will be clear signs directing you to the entrance. The after school club is located in the end spare classroom on the ground floor of the new building.
Opening Hours
The After School Club is open every day that the school is open, from the end of the school day 3:10pm until 6.00pm.
Non-attendance
If your child has gone home sick, part way through the school day, or is not going to attend the after school club for any other reason, you must inform us. If children do not turn up to club, a team member has to spend time locating the child to ensure they are safe. This then disrupts the session and the adult to child ratio is sacrificed. The quickest way for you to inform us of your child not attending is to leave a text message on the club mobile number before 3pm that day. The phone is checked before the club starts.

Late Collection
We understand that for unforeseen circumstances, you may very occasionally run a bit late to pick up your child. If this happens, please let us know as soon as you can by calling the club mobile. We have to keep 2 members of the team onsite until all children have been collected. Therefore if you arrive later than our closing time, you will be required to pay a late fee. This is £1 per minute after 6pm.
