The Entrance

The entrance to the Holiday Club is just to the right of the main school entrance.  Go to the end of the staff car park and through the green fenced off area. There will be a doorbell for you to ring to be let in by a member of the team.

Non-attendance

If your child is not going to attend the holiday club for any reason, you must inform us. The quickest way for you to inform us of your child not attending is to leave a text message on the club mobile number as the club mobile is checked before the club starts. 07880 593105

Late Collection

We understand that for unforeseen circumstances, you may very occasionally run a bit late to pick up your child. If this happens, please let us know as soon as you can by calling the club mobile. We have to keep 2 members of the team onsite until all children have been collected. If you arrive later than our closing time, you will be required to pay a late fee. This is £1 per minute past our closing time for that day.
