Booking
Holiday Club bookings are accepted one holiday at a time. Holiday Club bookings are separate from after school club bookings and need to be booked each holiday. The minimum holiday club session is a standard day, which is 8:30am to 3:30pm. You are able to book extra hours around these to fit in with the clubs opening hours which are 8:30-5:30pm. We will only be able to open between 3:30pm-5:30pm if there is enough interest so please email to enquire if you would like to book extra hours.
All Holiday Club bookings require payment at time of booking to confirm your place.

Siblings 7% discount
Payment can be made by BACs or childcare/ tax-free vouchers.
The Entrance
The entrance to the Holiday Club is just to the right of the main school entrance. Go to the end of the staff car park and through the green fenced off area. There will be a doorbell for you to ring to be let in by a member of the team.
Non-attendance
If your child is not going to attend the holiday club for any reason, you must inform us. The quickest way for you to inform us of your child not attending is to leave a text message on the club mobile number as the club mobile is checked before the club starts.
Late Collection
We understand that for unforeseen circumstances, you may very occasionally run a bit late to pick up your child. If this happens, please let us know as soon as you can by calling the club mobile. We have to keep 2 members of the team onsite until all children have been collected. If you arrive later than the time booked in then you will be charged for an extra hour (£4.50). If you arrive later than our closing time, you will be required to pay a late fee. This is £1 per minute past our closing time for that day.
